In 2005, The Keune Foundation was founded with the purpose of extending financial support to Australian families undergoing both financial and emotional strain due to their child diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.

The journey of medical treatments and recovery is frequently prolonged and stressful. In many cases, families find themselves compelled to take extended, unpaid leave as they strive to offer essential support and care to their child throughout this challenging period.
